The pineal gland is a tiny, pine cone shaped gland, near the center of the brain, inbetween the right and left hemispheres. The pineal gland’s primary function is to produce melatonin, a hormone derived from serotonin, that regulates the natural rhythm of the body, especially sleep patterns.

    Herbicides and Pesticides found in non-organic produce, nuts, dairy and meat.

  • Vegetarian and vegan diets are often recognized for their possible health benefits, as well as for the positive impact on the environment.
