Positive Prana, the Air You Breathe #reiki #meditation

Most of us who use meditation have the knowledge that abundant Prana (vital energy), can be found near large bodies of water, and wide open spaces such as large fields and mountain tops.

Although the air is different, this same Prana can be found wherever people gather for a beneficial reason, such as when people get together to meditate or pray.

You can feel it in your home environment, at a church, mosque, temple, shrine, or ashram. This is when believers get together for the sake of those less fortunate, when the energy can be used to help the planet evolve.

You might externalize this energy out into the environment by gestures of kindness every day of your existance. This does not mean, you allow yourself to be abused. You can be helpful to anyone who comes into view, without becoming a doormat. You have contact with a limited number of individuals who you see everyday, so why not make every contact harmonious and positive?

Firstly, you have to realize that you have infinite potential, and it comes from within. You also have unlimited potential from from Higher sources, when you engage in meditation and prayer, on a daily basis. Prayer and meditation will positively reinforce you, and you will contribute to the benefit of the planet as a result. In turn, this grows positive Karma.

The following practices will foster vital energy around you.

Make it a habit to wake up in the morning with excitement and say good morning to every person you cross paths with.

Don’t criticize your family members, co-workers, and friends.

Be a diplomat first, before giving any advice.

Let your family members know that you love them everyday.

Treat everyone as important, and be sincere.

Have goals whether you know they are achievable or not. The final results may be that your positive energy may attract positively charged people, with the same dreams.

Why should you become an eternal optimist?

Each individual has a choice. You can fall down, and you can choose to pick yourself up or or you can be a victim. You can’t blame life’s obstacle and hurdles find paths to get over, around, under, or through life’s downside. Focus on your past successes and learn to be happy with yourself. Everyone experiences loss, at some point, but we must constructively learn from our past experience. Your own approach to life’s trials, is the gateway to success or failure. Thus, success is a matter of choice.

Building Prana

In relation to what most of us acknowledge as possible, success is unlimited. When early humans discovered fire, could they see the mechanics of a forge? When modern humans invented the forge, could they imagine sky scrapers?
