Seven Methods: Decalcify Your Pineal Gland
The pineal gland is a tiny, pine cone shaped gland, near the center of the brain, inbetween the right and left hemispheres. The pineal gland’s primary function is to produce melatonin, a hormone derived from serotonin, that regulates the natural rhythm of the body, especially sleep patterns.
There is also speculation that the pineal gland produces DMT (Dimethyltryptamine) a naturally occuring hallucinogen that can trigger for mystical states of consciousness. This could explain why the pineal gland has often been called as “the third eye”, and the seat of spirituality.
When the functioning of this important gland is impaired, it can result in fatigue, insomnia, depression, or other psychic disorders. Decalcifying the pineal gland is not only desirable for spiritual pursuits, but is also beneficial physiologically and physically.
Seven Methods to Decalcify the Pineal Gland
These substances include:
Herbicides and Pesticides found in non-organic produce, nuts, dairy and meat.
Excess calcium, which can accumulate due to consuming too much dairy.
Excess mercury, primarily found in seafood, but also environmentally, and in amalgam dental fillings.
Halides, a typle of mineral, that includes flouride, chlorine and bromide.
Other toxins, such as artificial sweeteners and sugar, caffeine, alcohol and tobacco, aluminum in deodorants, and chemicals in air refreshers.
Before you can begin to decalcifying the pineal gland, you must first remove these substances from your daily life, in order to avoid further calcification.
The pineal gland is primarily affected by the fluoride in tap water, and investing in a good quality, flouride removing water filter makes good sense. In many cases, city tap water travels through old pipes, which not only could contain harmful materials, such as lead, or, through newer plastic pipes, made of plastic. Also, city water is sterilized in a process commonly using chlorine, and toxic flouride is also often added, under the assumption it helps retard tooth decay. Rural well water can contain agricultural pesticides and herbicides. The tap water you drink should be filtered, for a host of health reasons.
Vegetarian and vegan diets are often recognized for their possible health benefits, as well as for the positive impact on the environment. If you switch to such a vegetarian or vegan diet, it may be beneficial in the process of decalcifying your pineal gland, by reducing the amount of artificial hormones consumed. But if you can’t give up meat or dairy, this is not totally necessary for the decalcification of the pineal gland. But is essential is that you increase your intake of fruits, vegetables and legumes, which contain abundant antioxidants and other beneficial nutrients, while at the same time, reduceing your intake of meats and processed foods. If you do consume meat and dairy, choose organic, grass fed and hormone free products.
Superfoods such as spirulina, chlorella and wheatgrass are easy to use (such as an ingredient in a smoothie, or in tablet form) and are incredibly rich in vitamins, minerals and antioxidants, as well as large amounts of chlorophyll, which has been shown to remove toxic metals, and help the body eliminate toxic metal build up.
Other superfoods like kale, broccoli and raw cocoa have similar properties and also boost the immune system which aids in the reversal of pineal gland calcification. They might not seem yummy on their own, but once you begin to mix these foods into your smoothies, you’ll immediately note their effect on your wellbeing.
Bentonite is a clay that forms from volcanic ash. Bentonite has been often used to alkalize and detoxifythe body, to heal skin conditions, and to relieve digestive problems. Bentonite clay tends to bind toxins, including chemicals and heavy metals, so if it is ingested internally, it can help to eliminate heavy metals and toxins in the gut, through the process of digestion. This cleansing can facilitate the decalcification of the pineal gland.
Most toothpastes and mouth washes contain harmful substances including fluoride, PEG-60 and propyl/methylparaben. As an alternative to the common, name brand dental and mouth care products, use flouride free, herbal toothpastes, and coconut oil instead of mouthwash.
A calcified pineal gland is often the result of built up calcium and other toxins. Some natural detoxifiers that have been used for the removal of theseaccumulations include:
Iodine, found in sea vegetables, which has been thought to help remove fluoride from the body.
Citric acid found in apple cider vinegar, both which act as heavy metal detoxifiers.
Citrus fruits, such as oranges, lemons, limes and grapefruit.
Beets and beet juice, which contain boron, a nutrient that balances calcium, and helps remove fluoride.
Decalcifying the pineal gland, and preventing any further calcification, depends primarily on following certain diet guidelines. However, many of the above suggestions will not only benefit the pineal gland, but also, the well being of your entire body. As your body receives more nutrients, and is purified of toxins, your entire being will function more effectively, and lead to an all over sense of rejuvenation.
The pineal gland is the seat of the Third Eye, the Chakra center associated with psychic ability, intuition, and expanded consciousness. This program uses a Rife frequency associated with the Pineal Gland, and uses Isochronic tones going to a level of 7.83 Hz, the Schumann Earth Resonance, which is a deep, Theta healing level of meditation. The Schumann Resonance is the electro-magnetic heart beat of our planet, and a frequency we have evolved, over millions of years, to be in tune with. Progressing the binaural beats, and your brainwaves, along the Schumann Resonances can have a profoundly calming and balancing effect.
Be sure you use this when you have the time to close your eyes and deeply relax, and let the sound healing frequencies go to work, to activate your Third Eye. Just lay back, close your eyes, and relax. This deep, meditation MP3 can be used with or without headphones.
