Swadhistana, The Sacral Chakra
The Sacral Chakra encapsulates your sexuality, self esteem, creativity, pleasures and frustrations. It is also known as the Swadhistana or Second Chakra, and in Martial Arts, it is known as the “Hara”. The Swadhistana governs life lessons involving blaming and guilt, sex, power and control; this Chakra is the base for your sense of morality. The Sacral Chakra is also the base of your creativity, manifesting, money and prosperity. Information kept in this Chakra involves your emotions and feelings, and feelings of duality. Your personal magnetism, your patterns of control, and your sociability also emanated from the Swadhistana. An imbalance in the Sacral Chakra may manifest as addiction, intimacy issues, and feeling blue.
Where is the Second Chakra, & What are the Sacral Chakra Colors?
The Swadhistana color is orange. It is located below the belly button, about 2-3 fingers down.
How is the Swadhistana Connected to the Aura?
The feeling nature of the Swadhistana Chakra connects it to the Emotional layer of the aura. The shifting emotions flow through the Second chakra and drift like a soft cloud of rainbow colors within the second layer of the aura, shifting and changing with our emotional nature.
What Sound Healing Frequencies Open the Sacral Chakra?
The most effective way to help you open up and express the stifled emotions stuffed into the Second Chakra is through sound; sound energy is immediately felt and responded to. The Swadhistana is in attuned to the soothing, natural sounds of flowing water and ocean waves. The vowel sound of “Ooh” and the mantra chant “Vam” are associated with the Second Chakra.
There are several different sound frequencies associated with the Swadhistana, including the musical Keynote D, 210.42 Hz, 288 Hz, and 384 Hz, but perhaps the most potent is the Solfeggio frequency of 417 Hz. When a Tibetan singing bowl Solfeggio frequency of 417 Hz is combined with a sound healing technique called binaural beats, you simply need to put on a pair of headphones for 27 minutes, and allow the Alpha Level Binaural Beats to open up a new world of potential!
This Chakra balancing program focuses exclusively on the Sacral Chakra. It features Tibetan Singing Bowls attuned to the frequencies of the Swadhistana, and the Binaural Beats balance a Solfeggio frequency of 417 Hz. The program progresses along Earth Resonance frequencies, to a low of 7.83 Hz (Shumann Resonance) and ends at an Earth Resonance of 14.1 Hz. This deeply relaxing and releasing Sacral Chakra sound healing program will not only help balance your Second Chakra, it will also help to balance your spirit to the resonant frequencies of Gaia.
